  • 24x7 support via Web and e-mail, response time: two business days

Standard Support

  • One year installation and standard configuration support
  • 24x7 support via Web and e-mail, response time: one business day
  • support by telephone, Monday thru Friday 9-5 (GMT+1). Response time: eight hours

Premium Support

  • One year installation and premium configuration support
  • 24x7 support via Web and e-mail, response time: four hours
  • support by telephone, Monday thru Friday 9-9 (GMT+1). Response time: four hours
