Linux Kernel Firewall Facilities

X/OS was the maintainer of the Linux kernel firewall code in the 1.2.x and 2.0.x Linux kernel series. We also wrote the user-level utility to administer the firewall facilities: ipfwadm.

SCO Benelux and Linux in 1999

Today the relation between SCO and Linux is hot news. Back in 1999, when the original SCO company was a competitor of Linux, they published an information bulletion about Linux that was full of, let's say it politely, arguable statements. X/OS published a reaction. on the SCO flyer, that got world-wide attention in those days.
